We have a core competency in urban design, completing many plans and studies over the years. We have  a skill in unlocking the potential of a site in order to achieve maximum returns for our clients. These have varied from small urban blocks right through to new towns. Creating these visions and securing planning brings significant value uplift and helps clients secure development funding.

Through commissions, competitions and studies we have developed techniques for urban planning which seek to balance functional and geometric criteria to create high quality environments for all. With a focus on green and healthy living, these environments are dedicated to building a better future. Our years of experience working across scales provides us a pool of integrated design resources from which to draw when working up the detail of urban proposals.

Initially working in 2D as shown here we move into 3D block models and utilise Virtual Reality to begin massing studies and assist discussions with planners and stakeholders.
